The national PR is just kicking in with features in Martial Arts Illustrated, Daily Star Sunday and The Daily Star explaining why I’ve got involved and how great the programme is for women. The response from women to the Ladies Only programme has been absolutely amazing with the first martial arts schools to take up the classes reporting hundreds and hundreds of enquiries. In fact I hear that Plymouth placed a local ad and picked up over 1000 enquiries in just five days. The reason I think Ladies Only kickboxing is taking off so well is that there’s been nothing like it out there for women. They see it and know it’s professionally run, will get them fit, it’s fun and it’s safe.
